I follow the Redskins because I am fan as well. Durant is a regular on the sidelines. So anything is possible especially if the Wizard keep on improving.

I'm only happy if we get parsons but then again all that cap space. I'm just not getting the logic in this one if we don't get parsons. Give up a young already matches arias stats plus he's up and coming and improving. Idk unless rockets are going to bring in a major peice can't say it's worth it

Put in the camp that likes the signing only if we match Parsons.

If Ariza is happy being the backup wing this could be a good signing, if he maintains even a decent shooting touch it will be a spectacular signing.

Most likely to be traded later.

It's a good fit. Having both Ariza and Parsons works.

The somewhat long contract bothered me too, but if Parsons has an early player option, this might be a good safety net in case Parsons bolts in a few years.

    JHarden? :)

Cos we played the 3 guards quite a bit towards the end.

I thought $8M was a lot to pay for a backup?

You cherry picked Ariza's best stats. Why not at least try to show some impartiality.

If you read back I didn't bring up the lin comparison either and pointed out different positions etc. so here I agree with you and as you did was merely responding to others.

I voted no since he wasn't good with us last time, but come to think of it, maybe he was put into a difficult situation where he was the main guy. Maybe now with Harden and Howard he will be a better fit.

Parsons off the bench is exactly what the Rockets have to do, not just for the instant offense but because there is no other facilitator on this Rockets team, other than Harden. Bev, Canaan or Johnson are limited playmakers.

Parsons will still see heavy minutes, much of that alongside the starters.

The old girl friend is a lot hotter than she was before. I guess it was the contract year (getting older, mature)

Last 5 minutes of an NBA where games are lost or won: Howard, Bev, Ariza, Parsons and harden. If the last two guys on that list bring up their defensive intensity (they should because I expect a deeper and better bench this year thus limiting their minutes), I expect this team to lock down the opposing team.

Match Parsons, get a backup center and hope to God Jones and Dmo have improved by next season.

Just got rid of the LOFs and now there's so many POFs. Hope we don't match Parsons so they can leave too.

It can work out. Ariza at 3/Parsons at 4 to start the game. Beverly first to the bench, bring in TJones at PF, move Harden to PG/Ariza at 2/Parsons at 3. Howard stays at C.

Beverly can be play with 2nd unit and whatever bench players we have.

Yeah...Corey freaking Brewer and, frankly, Trevor freaking Ariza going off on us last year made improving wing defense a priority.

Defending a guy and what he brings to the team to put us in a position to win now does not make that person a 'player only' fan.

Real solid you're doing by labeling people who have an opinion different than yours.

I feel like teams hit record 3's on the Rockets constantly. Last year. Maybe losing Parsons and gaining a better defender is a good thing.
