Lakersground should love the Kobe should defer to Lin more conversations.

Seriously glad for him but even more glad the LOFs are gone!

I can't think of a trade that had this much of an overwhelming yes-no ratio

Because both LOF and LOH want Lin out of Houston. It is not a good place for him.

As an Asian-American, I remember living in NYC when Linsanity happened. Outside of driving down Richmond during the 2 championships, it was the most fun I've had as a basketball fan. Wish the best for Jeremy - good person, hard worker - and I hope he grows as a basketball player, especially with crunch time / pressure decision making and ball handling. Excited for the Rockets - this is the best for both parties.

We just traded our worst contributor to our arch rivals. Morey does it again!

    It's a total no brainer.

You need the cap space for Bosh and Parsons is on a timer. He has to be moved and there's no way around it.

If you were opposed to the trade you're basically saying you don't want Bosh as a Rocket, which kind of defeats the entire purpose of the whole off season.

how hilarious how lin fans got made at harden for turning lin into a spot up jumpshooter, now he plays with kobe who will turn him into the same.

hope the rockets blow out the lakers like the spurs did the heat.

Don't worry, Lin will have plenty of room to ad-lib, as Kobe will be out over half the year. Plus, there's no coach! Just the way Jeremy likes it. Too bad d'Antoni couldn't stay around to run Lin's favorite system.

In negotiating, you don't pay what you feel something is worth; you pay the lowest the seller is willing to sell it for.

Congrats to Lin! Good Luck in LA and with The Black Mamba. I am sure Lin will make enough $ on the side there in LA, lots of endorsements.

Sucks that he's got traded to the Lakers. I wanted to still be able to root for him when he leaves.

If only D'antoni would have stayed a few months more in Lakerland...

    Executed trade?

Don't know if the trade has been approved by the league yet. Hopw there is not an issue with Gasol's bird rights and cap hold with the Lakers holding this up.

Way better for Lin going to LA rather than Philly. Tons of hot Asian honies in LA.

My hats off to Morey if he pulls off signing Bosh and matching Parsons all by Sunday.
