    Until now, Lebron was never the highest paid on his teams... and he is the best player in the league... just how the NBA works.

    I don't know what he could do to complain. The Rockets are paying him his own respective max. If he's angry, it should be toward the CBA.

    He's getting paid the most he can be paid. Morey did nothing wrong. We offered him the maximum we could have offered.

    There's a lot of evidence that people's satisfaction with their income/lifestyle is directly correlated to their relative standing within their peer group.

    A guy who makes $1 million who lives in a neighborhood with a bunch of people making $100k tends to, on balance, express more satisfaction with their financial condition, than someboyd who makes $2 million but lives in an apartment building iwth people making $10 million.
