Lebron James really gets on my f’n nerves. Dragging this out is a “power” play. He’s just doing this because he can, meanwhile Parsons wouldn’t have had a chance to receive an offer from the Mavericks if all of this other bs wasn’t going on.
What if Morey loses out on both Bosh and Les doesn't want to resign Parsons? Who's under the gun then?
If no Bosh, could we restructure the Asik trade for Ryan Anderson instead? I hear Pelicans want to unload Anderson anyway. Then either match or let Parsons walk; sign Deng for 2 years for 28 million if we let Parsons walk? Something like that, with a Lin trade. Beverley - Harden - Deng - Anderson - Howard is a great lineup I think. Anderson and Deng would expire the year KD hits free agency as well. So we can compete and have the dream scenario of KD2Houston still alive.

We could match Parsons and then use the trade exception bring in an upgrade to PF. Then use MLE/BAE to improve bench. That could work. All of these plans just sound awful to be honest.
