Yeah, that's the kind of thing that gets people fired. One in the hand two in the bush type stuff.

So give him the trade Kicker for the full max? Fegan's got this covered.

If the Mavpricks manage to keep him, Chandler will easily be the player I dislike the most in the NBA.

So, I guess we can start the countdown clock to Parsons recruiting Dwight to Dallas when he has his ETO in 2016.

    Happy Times

I wouldn't send him to Philly for punishment. Next year they may have the best front court on the planet. Milwaukee and Utah might not want him.

Send him to the Knicks where players go to die.

If the Rockets want to solidify their reputation of treating their players like **** and never getting another marquee free agent again, then yes. Do this!

Cuban: World Champion Badass Mark Cuban speaking

    DM: Hey Mark

    Cuban: Oh it's you...

DM: Please don't hang up, I would just like to apologize

Cuban: Jeez man. Are you ever going to let me have just one moral victory?

DM: In all fairness, I warned everyone I would match.

Cuban: And then you sign Dallas's 2nd favorite velociraptor. You know, I thought, man, I just want to crush you Dork Elvis. Everyone says you're so great. I hired Gerrson Rosas for like 5 minutes. Had to fire him because he hung a picture of you on his wall.

    DM: Did he now?

Cuban: Yes. And so every time I walked into his office this is the picture I would see.

DM: Look, I know you have your opinions about me...but I would really like to apologize for any misconceptions I may have given you about asking for a Dirk trade. Just know I'm not that kind of person. Had I known Howard was going to sign I would never have asked.

Cuban: I guess I knew all along it was just a misunderstanding. Ever since Yao retired I needed a Rocket to troll hard. You're a good guy Morey.

    DM: So we're good?

    Cuban: Yeah, we're good.

DM: Mark? I got one more thing to ask you.

    Cuban: What is it?

DM: HOW BOUT A DIRK TRADE NOW, b****!!!

No they won't (not for a while imo.. ).

Just listening to the excuses being made right now is discouraging.

When bringing up our situation last year and the flaws with chasing this mythical 3rd star, all of this was brought up. Our lack of a bench was brought up. The need of a stretch 4. The fact that we want to build a great squad, and send them into battle with the most incompetent coach in the NBA. Then when people like you and I bring up the fact that there is a likely chance we'll lose in the 1st against Portland..it turns into you're a bad fan for being realistic and addressing the flaws of the team. It was unthinkable to claim the rockets wouldn't win a playoff series and taboo to say so on here. When it happens, and Mchale is still here...its still ok. This off season has been progressing and so far we have been putting all our hopes into a cluster**** with player "x" doing this and player "y" doing this, too many variables for us to control. We stargaze and forget about whats in front of us, dismissing our real responsibility of putting a capable squad on the floor, not just one that will look nice with frontmen on billboards to draw the masses. Meanwhile, the players that have busted their asses for us feel disrespected. We can't convey the feeling of taking care of our own. Forget that though, this cycle will continue for a long long time before people wake up.
