A guy with the last name Rufflewitz can't be a liar. I mean his name has "Ruffle" in it. That just sounds credible.

Good post and sums up his professional tenure with the Rockets. All the extra-curricular stuff like LOF vs LOH etc. have nothing to do with Lin or the Rockets organization.

Ye of little faith. Do not doubt The Witz.

This is a prime example of an overreaction on Clutchfans by anti-Lin fans. I was being very respectful, as I have always been on CF, while commenting on Lin's current situation and just stated how I saw things. By stating that I believe Lin has been marginalized and played suboptimally during his time at the Rockets, is some kind of extreme panaoia and worthy of clinical attention is preposterous. The homer glasses, some wear on here, are very short-sighted. Most basketball fans, that are not Rockets fans, would view the comment of Lin being marginalized and played suboptimally here as being a reasonable observation. I was also trying to be careful to not apportion blame on anybody and was just merely stating how I saw things.

Trust me. If there was any risk that Philly was going to walk away from the Lin deal to take another deal, Morey would bite the bullet and make the trade ASAP much like he did with the Pelicans/Asik trade.

They dont want to give up the asset if they dont have to, but they still will have substitute assets (other future firsts, Jones, D-Mo, Capela, etc) to give up along with about 16 million in trade exceptions for a future trades if they get a 911 call that the Sixers deal could go away if they don't make the trade now.

80% sure Lin is coming back next year, as I don't think we're gonna land Melo or Bosh.

I'm not ignoring what either of them did in 2013-2014. Dragic was great. Jeremy came off the bench. And? You mean you want to line up an imaginary Lin 2013-2014 vs. a real Dragic season. Or you just want to ignore what Dragic did last season.

My wife's cousin was talking to a guy in Hinkie's camp, but he said he was really loyal and wouldn't spill anything. I told her to up the offer to $20, and he says Lin is definitely going to the sixers if Morey needs the cap space.

I think that's the general consensus here, and I think that's the case, but as far as I know there's no solid info one way or another.
