This whole "Rockets making big push to land Bosh" is such a squeeze play on Melo it's not even funny. Of course the Rockets would love to sign Bosh, but this leaked late-night info is nothing more than us using social media against itself to put the heat on Melo to make a decision cause the Rockets may have bigger fish to fry...

Bosh and Melo use the same agency. You don't think their agents talk?

Deep down, Melo prefers money and glamour than the best chance to win a ring. Forget what he told the Rockets that winning is his priority - his action is very inconsistent with that bullsh he says. At this point, Rockets should absolutely move on.

You are a fool. Lakers don't have his ****ing bird rights.

With Howard he would have made $30mill extra with the extra year, but that gap wasn't as big because of the state tax. Howard would have paid so much mroe in taxes, the folloar amount ended up closer than reports.

The LA media are doing the same thing saying how much more money there is to make on the contact in LA. They did the same **** last year.

Not agent wise, the court of public perception, the leaks that travel down the pipeline to the media outlets, the Yahoos the ESPNs, to keep them guessing and the heads spinning... All agents across all firms talk, it's the power play that the Rockets have begun in motion right now that have sides playing against each other that is beautiful. Geeez I wonder if Lebron's camp caught wind of this news tonight? lol

This is what you said, A max deal in LA vs. a max deal in Houston is about the same after taxes.

Are you on some sort of drug there?

Why are we so riled up about this? He could wait until october until he decides to choose what team he wants. This may drag on for a while.

I don't think people are giving Melo enough credit. I honestly think he legitimately wants to come to Houston or Chicago, as was reported from the very beginning.

Think about it, if it's just for money or fame or LaLa's demands, he would have told us it's over already. I certainly can't see his family or friends pushing Houston so why are we still in it? I genuinely think he wants to win and maybe regrets choosing the bright lights of NY in the first place. Leverage? Nah, he's already been offered the max by LA and NY. There's no reason for us to still be in it..unless..you know..Carmelo still wants us as an option! The length of this process has only helped our chances, in my opinion.

lol it's not like melo has no options besides Houston. I don't see how leaking we want Bosh helps. He could easily move on from us if he thinks we are moving on without him. I love how people pretend like they know what's really going on. It's real cute.

They are particularly awesome coming from people like Aldridge.

We didn't need a tweet to know you didn't know anything David.

Melo will decide today to stay with NY. Lebron/MIA will make up their mind in 2 days, at least for the most part, and Wade will just be stuck on a FA island in the middle of nowhere.
