2. Publicly though to show a team members number is a bit off putting.

3. Yes it is a matter of how you look at it. Some realize now the nba is rough and lin got his and maybe will get more who knows.

4. Pr wise it was definitely bungled and this this stuff will not happen again to any player at least in public.

Its all varying degrees of rationality. The line fans are less rational. That isn't to say non Lin fans are rational.

Lin should have just shut up. Obviously Lin and Melo don't go well together ever since the Linsanity days. They seem to have some resentment against each other.

That said, as much as I am tired of the Lin drama around here, I am honestly also tired of all the superstar pitching thing. Teams put out all this red carpet stuff as if the egos of ball players aren't big enough already. It disgusting.

Stop blaming this on Lin being 'butthurt' or his 'crazy internet stalker friends' (when this has been criticized by many longtime Rox fans and fans around the league) because that is not the issue. Bottom line is Rockets handled the situation poorly.

I dont care if its Lin, Harden, Budinger, or freaking Jermaine Taylor. I don't want OUR players treated like this. I want our team to treat its players like a family. I'm tired of teams whoring themselves out, begging stars to come to their team.
