    Thank you LOFs for reminding how glorious it will be once Lin's traded. God I hope Lin goes to Utah Jazz. That would make my summer even if we don't get Melo or Love.

    I interpret the questionable PR move as Morey way of signaling that the trade WILL happen whether Melo or Lowry signs or not. Even if it originally wasn't the intention, it is now.

    Yeah, but Lin probably won't get traded, $8mil against the cap, $15mil actual salary, ouch.

    Let's say GMs and scouts aren't as negative about his skills as a lot of the posters on this forum, who do you really think wants or needs him at that price?

    The whole numbers thing is a tempest in a tea pot.

    Like Morey says, stuff happens in free agency time that sometimes make players unhappy. People have their thoughts, sometimes they share these thoughts publicly. After that, everyone moves on and do their job at some point.

    This little drama is nothing compared to the Omer Asik mess before it, or even the Marcus Morris hurt feelings a couple seasons ago. And these guys ended up playing substantial minutes for the team after the blowup.

    Lin made one fairly innocuous comment without feeling disrespected, then all of you people jumped to either attacking the team or attacking Lin. Good grief.

    Lin will most likely be traded. But even if he isn't, life will still go on and everyone will go on playing basketball.

    The jazz, the Mavs, or the Lakers. That would just be perfect. A pox on their houses. The LOF curse awaits.

    Thanks for stating this. Houston fans really are misguided who hate on their own player that has carried himself with upmost professionalism. Shame on you.

    No, Rockets and Sixers trading fluids with each other. So far, we know Morey, Lin and Hinkie are involved, but other members unknown!

    Is there even any other trade rumors or details? Or is a 10 page **** throwing thread with members and Lin fans?

    At least the Sixers will be the favorites for the #1 pick with Lin starting for them.

    The one about the iphone autocorrecting a racial term.

    But uh, yeah. Jeremy Lin. I'm sure fans on both sides of the argument are more emotionally involved than the relevant parties. Like Carl said, when its time to play ball, they'll get to work.

    Holier than thou because he quoted a scripture? You have a serious problem. I'm not an LOF, whats right is right. Here's another one;

    "No weapons formed against him shall prosper"
