For Van Gundy's new house, i think he should look around Sugar Land... Like New Territory is a great place to live... (Where I Live)

I don't know, it seems kind of silly for us to be "selling" Houston to JVG. He should be selling himself to us.

Oh, well. What can you do? Just get it done so we can quit worrying about it!

Van Gundy has to be my neighbor. That way he will give me some free tickets. Anyways Sugar Land is a beautiful place (compared to houston) for housing.

Not really right infront of the school I go to (Elsik) there are these new big ol' houses those new houses look just like Sugar Land houses and cost as much as they do too. :D My friend said supposly thats where Eddie lives I wouldn't doubt it either cuz those houses are preety!! Maybe if JVG was to live there he could help Eddie and keep an eye in him! :D ;)

I hope he moves to River Oaks.
Its closer to the new arenas practice facilities.
And for Gundy who is so spoiled by living in "THE City", that drive from Sugarland to the new arena will have him quit on us a quarter way through the season.

If he realy wants a great modern place to live with big trees and parkland may I suggest he check out an area on the north edge of Memorial Park, its very up beat and not too far from downtown via Memorial Drive. Its much more interesting than Sugarland and not so isolated as River Oaks.

I never understood the appeal of Sugarland. What is it about the place that is so great that would make 20 something single rich sports stars want to live there? Its so far away from all the downtown/galleria action.....

I think Van Gundy should come and be my neighbor in the Third Ward. C'mon down to the hood, Jeff!

I think he should live in the 3rd ward and be my neighbor...it's a pretty quick drive to the arena. Shame they tore down the Ranger Motel down OST...he's probably stuck staying at the Four Seasons or something...

I can't stand Sugarland -- feel free to grow some trees guys. The place also has no soul. River Oaks has 10x the appeal, IMHO.
