    The 'class' has a different meaning like a clique or coterie of same taste of fun but not a school group.

    I think watery rice gruel refers to congee, rice porridge that is eaten often for breakfast. Sounds like an online translation..heh

    Probably, is a decent way to start the day if you are doing a lot of cardio and trying to trim down. You usually use broth to make it and add in bits of meat. Not really a muscle builder for but better for you than Cap'n Crunch (wish it tasted half as good).
