This just goes to show you that the whole "taking less salary but make up in endorsement" thing is so faulty.

I have a feeling the Heat front office is desperate and they are trying to make it seem like they are making moves that they really aren't. They are at the mercy of Lebron at this point.

That team needs more than Lowry to be better next year. Note Wade will only decline more, as as Allen, Bird Man if he comes back. That team needs a major overhaul.

Lowry needs to come back to Houston. We, unlike the Heat, can beat the Spurs.

lol Nike doesn't make anything, if any off little deals like that. They are only profiting big off Kobe, Lebron and KD. Paying athletes huge endorsement money is not what it use to be. If he does get a shoe deal, it will be along the lines of Adidas signing Pat Bev or Lin. It'll be just to wear their gear, Nike won't make any money.

While that team has basically any serious money dedicated to Wade, it doesn't scare me, he sucks now.

I like rooting for Kyle Lowry. I hate rooting for the Heat.

Don't go to the Heat Lowry. For me.

I'd be happy for Lowry if he finally got on a contender. If LeBron isn't going to come to Houston I hope he stays there and Lowry joins him.

Lowry is a lot more exciting than Bosh, and he's a fan favorite wherever he goes. I bet he could get at least as much as Bosh in endorsements (probably more) if he joined the Heat.

That list actually brings me back to the whole state income tax argument being a valid selling point for say a Houston, Miami or Dallas. Especially for middle of the road guys. There's a few guys cleaning up on endorsement deals but not many.

I still will never understand how this is our worst nightmare?

I don't even think as a fan I really give a S*** about Lowry. He's not on the team anymore. Move on.
