Kyle Lowry and Pau Gasol?

    how much do you think Lowry and Gasol would command on the open market?

    We won't have enough cap space to get both I reckon. S&T for a big name player and we still have the MLE is a much better route if it's available to us.

    Ideas like this are intriguing. I agree that I don't think Lowry makes sense given what his market rate is. We need to find a Lowry-equivalent about 3-4 years further along in his career (with requisite decline) willing to take a paycut to come off the bench for a contender.

    On a different note, if I'm Pau and I want to win, I would think about how I can join OKC for more than the MLE. That seems likes a good fit there.

    I would rather have Lowry.

    Pau Gasol is old now and he's definitely not as good as he used to be. Lowry however... 28 and still has a full tank.
