Everything is a joke to you guys.... I cant believe some of yall are actually messing around with this and cracking jokes. Do you guys even know how much all our lives would be different today had these nukes detonated? Do you know how many innocent people and children would have lost their lives unexpectedly had these bombs actually gone off? America would probably not be what it is today and this would have gone in history as the single most tragic day for mankind. You cant just laugh and joke around when it comes to these type of things. I love to mess around as much as the next guy but some things are just not funny and the lack of respect towards something like this is just sad. A lot of people don't realize how dangerous the world we live in can be and how much our lives are dependent on others who have the power to end our lives either by choice or even by mistake like this pilot. Now let me tell yall a story about how my life got flipped-turned upside down and I'd like to take a minute just sit right there I'll tell you how I became the prince of a town called bel air...... So lets go ahead and think about that for a little moment instead of just coming up with another joke to post.... Thank You....
You offended. I just hope you never watch family guy, they crack jokes on crap like this all the time(usually the pro athiest/democrat POV).
Over reacting much? God, I hate people that write long rants about things that could've happened but didn't. I know it could've been worse, but we're okay now and we've learned from it. It's because of people like you the major reason why we don't have nuclear power. I'm so sick of it. I'm going to take a taxi with dice in the mirror to see my aunt in a town call bel air. Think before you spew out trash. Smell you later.
Hey look, I respect your opinion and I understand why you feel this way. You are right, we should learn from these sort of things and not dwell in the past but you don't understand where I come from either. In west Philadelphia born and raised on the playground was where I spent most of my days chillin' out maxin' relaxin' all cool and all shootin some b-ball outside of the school when a couple of guys who were up to no good started making trouble in my neighborhood I got in one little fight and my mom got scared she said 'You're movin' with your auntie and uncle in Bel Air'... Ever since, I changed my mentality on life.... Deal with it...
The term for an accident with nukes is "Broken Arrow" and there's been a few: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Broken_Arrow_(nuclear)#Broken_Arrow Broken Arrow incidents As of September 2013, the US Department of Defense has officially recognized 32 "Broken Arrow" incidents.[4] Examples of these events include: 1950 British Columbia B-36 crash 1956 B-47 disappearance 1958 Mars Bluff, South Carolina, when an unloaded Mark 6 bomb was accidentally dropped from a US Air Force B-47 Stratojet (the bomb's fissile core was stored in a containment area on the plane, but the bomb still contained 7600 pounds of chemical explosive trigger). 1958 Tybee Island mid-air collision 1961 Yuba City B-52 crash 1961 Goldsboro B-52 crash 1964 Savage Mt., Garrett County, Maryland B-52 crash 1965 Philippine Sea A-4 incident 1966 Palomares B-52 crash[5] 1968 Thule Air Base B-52 crash 1980 Damascus, Arkansas incident
Agreed, bothered me too. Also bothers me that no one ever sits down and thinks about what kind of impact it would have on our everyday lives if Transformers were real. It would challenge all of our philosophy and religion, not to mention they could easily wipe us out as a species. But no one EVER talks about this. Crazy, and frankly unacceptable.
Yeah it's like they all read it halfway through and stopped. Dude is trolling you all! Good job. Sending this man a rep lol. Anyways, I blame James Harden's defense for this one. The good old reach around and poke from behind move on clear display here.
Article says impact caused the bomb to arm. Not an expert on nuclear weapons, but bomb should not explode on impact if it didn't arm during drop. Think Red October on how torpedo bounced off sub when the torpedo didn't travel far enough to arm.
