    I agree. There should be a federal mandate that anyone who leaves the house is required to carry a gun and ready to shoot at a moment's notice. Clearly this tragedy would've been prevented if everyone in the building had guns instead of just their phones and wallets.

    Any time someone's is shot in public, the reason is always because there are not enough guns on the street.
