Given apartments, cars, money, not to mention some fame. Don't be naive to think that's all she was doing was pleasuring him.

no. no. no. you clowns could use a lesson in reading comprehension-

there's nothing sexist, racist or misogynistic about people looking the other way here whatsoever. it's a level playing field for men and women once you're a full time swindler. this is the same PERSON, Stiviano, who has been in trouble with the law for fraudulent personal activity throughout her life.

maybe on another level some people are irked she attended workshops with the writer of a book on how to successfully gold dig and tried out for a reality show where she said---

"She went on saying, "They do stupid sh-t like that, when there's people starving around the world. That's what people want to do with their money?"
In the other clip, Stiviano was holding an Elmo doll as an African-American friend was driving a shotgun she was riding. She then spoke to the stuffed Muppet saying, "We don't like black people."
Aside from her racist remarks, Stiviano also repeatedly talked about finding a filthy rich man to settle down with."

    V. Stiviano might deserve a lot of things, but there is no excuse for mugging a woman no matter how horrible of a person she is. There is nothing cool or funny about it anyway you look at it.

I would say the same thing if someone made an anti-semitic comment to a scumbag like Donald Sterling. Its not a double standard man/woman thing here... its what is right vs. what is wrong.

It is WRONG to mug a woman (no matter how terrible they are). It is WRONG to express racism to a woman or man (no matter how terrible they are) and its probably still WRONG to mug a man.

Funny thing about the internet is people are always bigger, tougher, and more masculine behind their keyboard and monitor.

Most would not say half the hateful things they say on the internet in a real social setting. Especially in terms of threats, racism, and sexism..

Scam artist, seriously? I won't dispute she's a gold digger. The only reason I can conceive she spent any time with Sterling is because he gave her gifts and she had opportunities to meet other rich people. But, that's not a scam -- it's a pretty transparent transaction. I don't understand why some people feel so strongly that it's morally wrong.

A hitman is probably a little better at disappearing than a couple dumb-ass drunks.

Whoah. If it was a guy who released those tapes, I'd absolutely have a problem with him getting beaten up for it later. But, I doubt it'd happen if it was a man. I'm betting the psychology of the attackers is similar to what we're seeing here, where some people think that this woman accepting lavish gifts in exchange for sex is immoral and that she carried some sort of debt to Sterling that she'd betrayed in releasing the tapes.* Unless it was a gay tryst (which would have its own unique baggage), the storyline wouldn't have that gold-digger angle and therefore no feeling that the whistleblower stepped out of his station and therefore no assault.

    * I do, btw, feel like what she did releasing the tape was wrong, but not with the sexist baggage I feel from the way some people respond. But, I also think she was provoked because she's being sued by Shelley Sterling for the return of gifts given to her by Donald. She retaliated in kind, which was wrong but I understand it. Ultimately, if there's someone who was getting their come-uppance, it was Shelley Sterling for a dumb and vindictive lawsuit, but she'll get a billion dollars for her trouble. Meanwhile, Stiviano gets her 15 minutes of fame but not much of anything in fiancial reward, and gets called names by half of the men in the country for her trouble, and beat up to boot.

Pure ignorance. She is no angel and she did set that old man up. However, he was a closeted racist and would've stayed that way if this hadn't happened. Ofcourse, she should be in jail for extortion and illegally recording a conversation. But Sterling's day was coming. 2 men beating up a woman is just cowardly. I can't believe you support this bro:(

I do not support hitting a women, what i support is karma. If two women were hitting her instead, what would be you're stance on this?

Some posters sure are showing their asses in this thread. She betrayed Sterling by outing him, but there is no sympathy from me for him. Racism is just the tip of the iceberg for that scumbag. Being a glorified slumlord, using the Clippers as a tax write-off and nothing more, promising to build homeless shelters and then not delivering, helping his son get away with the murder of his son's best friend, and a whole slew of other misdeeds are all just footnotes in the life of Donald Sterling. He is evil, and he deserves every bad thing that comes his way. It's only fitting that he was stabbed in the back by someone of the very race that he took advantage of for years and years.

I don't see how the mugging's defensible, especially if it's true that it was spurred on by the muggers' racism.

I'm not grateful that there's more radically racist people out there who think they can play vigilante for some billionaire across the nation. I'm not gonna say gg karma just because someone else is offbalance enough to attack her or is willing to take money to attack her.

What would you be banned from if your private conversations were released to the national media? Food for thought..

Meh... She only released it for her own personal gain. She don't even like black people. I don't know why you're so adamant on defending her when she's clearly a turd of individual. She was a trifling gold digger, not some honorable whistleblower. Why did it take so long to expose Sterling? She probably knew her time was up, or the gravy train stopped, that's why she set him up.

Seeing these videos, I reckon talking shi7 about black people went back-and-forth between her and Sterling like some running inside-joke.

Whatever, I don't feel sorry for either of them.

i'm not defending her. but the notion that violence against a women from a man is acceptable "karma" for recording someone is laughable.

You're projecting really hard, you know that? Pleas only speak for yourself from now on and don't include the rest of the population.
