Fond memories of that place. Knew the owner back in the mid-late 90s as I worked at Mims Meat Company and he purchased his food from there. Best. Shakes. Ever.
Northline mall: Ahhh, I can still feel the rats. Saw "graveyard shift" there as my last movie and before that, Total Recall's first few minutes because the tape got burned and we got rain checks, Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome, Platoon. The theater is the separate building on the right. Also, I got to see "GHOST" at this here movie theatre... who remembers it?

Long before my time, but my Mom remembers going to Buff Stadium with my grandfather before we got the Colt .45's.
North Shore represent!!! Is that one seafood plays still there off Uvalde that was about 3-5 blocks north of that burger place? TG&Y Showtime Video All Star Video I see that Comic Book Store (can't remember the name) off of Woodforest Blvd is now closed, never mind, was just renamed to East Side Comics Apple Tree grocery I know there are like 2-3 still around Houston, but $1 theaters, especially when they have certain days were it was 50 cents. Still waiting for that one day where one of these stadium seated multiplex theater becomes a $1 theater, which I know is NEVER going to happen because of the window between theaters and DVD/Blu-Ray. Instead of the 9 month or so wait back in the days, now sometimes less than 3-4 months.
