I think people are gonna be playing the story mode for a little bit then start hacking other people online.
Watched some streams of it on twitch.tv Looks alright, physics and controls / audio of cars seem to leave a lot to be desired. But, I went ahead and bought it for $30 anyways.
Got it! Downloaded it digitally through the Xbox store. Its good so far. Graphics look great. Just writing this as I wait for more of the game to finish downloading so I can keep playing it! :-D
I was about to say how, then it dawned on me that you're in Australia. You're talking about Xbox One or 360?
It baffles me that UPlay doesn't allow preloading. Hope this staggered release is enough to prevent the servers from dying.
Xbox One. Its amazing to see an open world game where the graphics are so good. Makes me want GTA V with a graphics upgrade on Xbox One!
Im guessing thats whats taking so long for it to finish downloading for me. I think its 20 gigs from memory, Im guessing its been downloading for an hour and a half on a fast connection...only 58% done.

Who's all going digital vs disc? I really like the convenience of not having to put a disc in, but I also would eventually want to sell the disc for quick cash... I really want this, but I just have to see some reviews. The online stuff is seriously hyping me up.

Yes. We get screwed with digital content of all types. I could probably get a physical copy for about $80...but yeah, ridiculous prices. Better off waiting for it to be available on the US Store.
Wow, crazy. I can't believed changing the location worked so simply, so couldn't you wait for it to come out in the U.S and get it cheaper?

Lol, props to you for paying an extra $30 to have it a day sooner. I can wait till tomorrow. Have some credit at Target from the trade in deal last week and will pick this up and Mario Kart 8. There really isn't much coming out this year that I'm really looking forward to except One Piece Unlimited Red which hits next month.
