    For those who didn't actually click to the article, Woj isn't actually leaving Yahoo. :) This is just a TV deal to supplement it.

    It's the same deal that Peter King has in football. Writes for SI/MMBQ but appears on NBC on Sunday Night Football.

    Is Woj even a good analyst? He seems like someone who has top notch NBA sources regarding trades and what not, but as for analysis? Meh.

    That's precisely what (in my opinion) will make him a good TV analyst. I can't stand the sterile, play-it-down-the-middle types. If you have the type of access that a guy like Woj does, you're going to have some unique insights and see certain flaws from people. Call 'em out!

    My favorite analyst on TV today is Simmons because he's not confined by the traditional "journalist" mindset of playing it straight and narrow. I think Woj will be a breath of fresh air.

    (That said, FS1 has to get the Saturday night NBA package now, or else no one will ever see him. :))
