With the #1 pick in the 2014 NBA draft, the Cleveland Cavaliers select.... Marcus Smart, Guard, Oklahoma State University.

They're gonna f**k it up and go position of need rather than BPA. I'm calling it now. Oden over Durant v2.0
Love will basically get to control what team he goes to. Assuming he cares about winning, LA/BOS won't be on his list to begin with.

Cleveland has a 1.7% chance of the number 1 pick and a 81% chance of the 9th. Last year their 15% chance of number 1 pick is much more plausible but this year's lottery is ridiculous. No way they can be that lucky. There were 8 teams with much higher percentage for the number 1 pick and they jumped by all of them. Something is fishy or maybe they are just lucky but I don't believe in luck. The percentage is just too small for them to be able to win it.
If im a fan of the bucks or the sixers I'd be almost as happy as cavs fan. Sure the 1st pick is great, but they are assured of 1 of the 3 clear best players of the draft in wiggins, Parker or embiid.
