Guys I honestly believe we will get love. I mean why is love specifically wanting to be traded on or before the draft day. I think we already have a disclosed agreement with love and the wolves and it all revolves around the deadline to parsons contract. It's way too coincidental for me to believe I'm hoping we will get rondo or Lowry later on after we acquire love Draft a sf or use the mid-level on a sf (Ariza or deng possibly) A starting line up of Dwight Love (Ariza, etc) Harden Rondo/Lowry You could then have the pick of the litter on your vet min contracts to fill the bench because everyone would want to play with 4 all stars.
We should dump Harden now, before the rest of the NBA realizes that he's a huge net negative. (We lost in the first round mainly due to him. He was mostly garbage on both ends of the court.) Swapping him for Love is probably the best way to move him.
LOL don't you think there's a big gap between Pierce/Ray Allen and Rondo/Melo or Asik (wtf?)? I mean, it wasn't a hard sell, if you had Allen and Pierce on the squad already add KG to the mix and you obv have a contender. On the other hand even if you have both Rondo and Melo on the team i don't think adding Love catapults them to contention esp. considering Melo's cap-killing contract will prevent them signing others to higher than vet min. And this is even assuming Ainge manages to sign Melo, IIRC Melo left a a really strong Nuggets team for the bright lights of NYC so I have no idea why you think he'll be happy playing in Boston. And if Melo doesn't sign then Love will be stuck on a crappy Boston team with just Rondo, how is that cast better than the Minny team he left behind? IMHO it will be between the Lakers and Houston (again lol). Is being on a contender more important than the glitz and glamor of LA? I guess we'll find out, tbh though I think it's a no brainer he really should go to Houston and play for a coach he likes (Mchale), a center he fits next to like a glove, and even his offseason buddy James Harden.
You are in way over your head here. The Wolves are not getting that type of value in exchange for one season of Love.
What measures are you looking at that have made you decide the Rockets, who scored a ridiculous 115 points per 100 possessions in the playoffs (ranked #1), main problem was ball stickiness and no plays.
The talent berth between Love and Harden is immense. Love is putting up once in a generation like numbers while Harden is basically the number one shooting guard by default.
LOL I know most Rockets fans will disagree with me. You will come to see it my way, but by then it'll be too late.
Berth? Do you know what that means? You're not using it in the right context. Lin fans should probably just avoid any topic involving Love as Lin would not be here with Love. What Love numbers are "once in a generation"? Do you think Love is the best PF in the NBA? I think most would put him up there, behind Blake Griffin but comparable to Anthony Davis. Davis is worth more than Love due to his age. PF is almost as weak as SG and I guess that would make him one of the best "by default."

It's all right to go after him, but what guarantee do we have about him staying here long term? He could leave us in one year. A combo of Howard, Love and Harden would be a strong one. Harden's role would change to being a facilitator and a secondary scorer. It won't be easy, but I feel with time and experience things can work out.
It's the other way around. An opportunity to sell high does not come often. We should move the Beard before the rest of the league sees how much worse he makes his teammates on both ends of the court.
Selling high would mean ripping a team off. We could get more for Harden than Love on an expiring deal and we could get Love for less. To your other points you are clearly ignorant in terms of basketball. Yeah, Harden is responsible for Lin being a mediocre player
ariza is not going to sign mle this is his last big contract he will sign a bigger contract to remain in washington
