Can you imagine what it's gonna feel like if we have to sit at home with the Rockets and watch the freakin' DALLAS MAVERICKS in the playoffs????

We gotta turn this season around or at least hope the Mavs stumble hard.

    Actually,

I love the makeup of the Mavericks, they are fun to watch.

The 2 teams I follow other then the Rockets are the Mavs, and Warriors.

The Mavs are VERY good, and I would give almost anything to have Nowitski on the Rockets, he is going to be a SUPER star.

Langhi has the potential to be a Dirk clone, but he's gonna need at least 20 pounds of solid muscle first. They list Nowitski at 237 and I'd say that's a minimum to play some 4. Langhi is listed at 220 and I think that's stretching it. IMHO, Dan's light for SF.

I don't dislike the Mavs, but find it frustrating b/c I think the Rockets have better players overall. The Mavs are playing better as a team.

He's listed at 220??!! HA!! Lanky isn't 220 wearing a wet sweat suit and boots! If he is over 205 I'd be really suprised.

    How big was George Gervin?

I think weight is overated, if you have the talent, it will find a way.

I thought the Iceman played mainly as a SG.

Bottom line: they are still the DALLAS Mavericks and it will suck to see them do better than our Houston Rockets.

The difference between the Mavs and Rocks is that you knows EVERY single player on the court is gonna give his all and do all the little things for his team to be successful, where as on the Rockets you might see 2 or 3 players do their job but the other players doing nothing to help the team. Also in Dallas, they are so deep that you have to give 100 percent or you're gonna be on the bench.

That is so true, Tacoma. That is why the Rockets are not 20-11.

Tacoma is right about the hustle. It also helps the Mavs that they are #2 in the WC in fewest Turnovers/game.
