Right because that quote is so informative. For all we know, Buffalo offered #9 and a potato chip for our pick.

    Bills:
Going from 1 to 9 would have been a HUGE swing. You would have needed a godfather offer to do that. Even had they swapped with Falcons at 6, they would have missed out on virtually all the rumored targets (Bortles, Robinson, Mack, etc). I was in the trade down camp, but you can't drop back too far unless the pot is sweet enough.

    2014 W/L
Still pretty early to make that guess since we don't know which teams will be surprisingly good, which will be surprisingly bad, or what our team is going to bring to the table.

I don't think our QB situation damns us to doom and gloom. KC, Carolina, Seattle, and San Francisco were all in the bottom 10 last year for passing. You don't *have* to air it out to win.

A resurrected reliable run game plus a strong receiving corps in Johnson (please stay), Hopkins, Posey, and the TEs should put Fitzpatrick or Keenum in position to succeed by minimizing what you ask them to do.

The schedule, on paper, does not look daunting (but it is May). Division is always the key. Colts have to deal with Pats and Broncos.

History shows that when you bring in the right coach, the turnarounds are relatively short. If we did that with O'Brien, 8-8 or even 9-7 shouldn't be out of the realm of possibility. 6 or 7 wins should probably be the bar.

Doesn't that prove they were stuck on Clowney?

Are it proves they didn't want to trade all the way back to #9.

Yes. They gave the browns a first rounder next yr to move up 5 spots but offered the texans a potato chip.

Clomid is a FEMALE fertility drug.....why the hell would Mathis take it to get his wife pregnant? Honestly Cushing's excuse was better.

    I've taken clomid.....it wasn't for fertility reasons.

Well it potentially can be for male fertility reasons, but when men use it generally it is to treat low T levels. When athletes do so it raises suspicions about steroid use (not that it really matters because this is football, not baseball)

Love this. Cap hit should be pretty low

Way to go, Scoop! So Su'a-Filo is the only unsigned draft pick at this point?

They offered two first round picks to move up, so logically they would've offered quite a bit more for #1
