I don't know u sign up to join b4 u go on holiday and u come back and the whole organisation has gone mental.

Anyway as the newest member of the board just wanted to throw rick carlisle into the mix, over 100 wins in his time, pistons in the eastern finals. Good young coach.

any thoughts. remember to be gentle to the new guy:)

Not his kind of team. No bruiser good for 20 boards a game that doesn't need to score.

Carlisle is the best choice now. He seems like he is the type of guy who can deal with Steve Francis and Cuttino Mobley. Remember the dramatic change of Jerry Stackhouse? Everyone was praising him for passing the ball more and being more patient.

He has a good track record on offense. With Detroit, he showed he could work with a defensive team as well.

but don't you think he could build up the forward line which clearly needs doing.

I agree I think he could work with what he have and work on what we don't have, which is what you want from your coach.
