We have Hakeem playing who is maybe the best of all time @ posting up. Shandon is begging for the ball down low. Kenny Thomas has some of the quickest moves I've ever seen and with practice , more shots will fall. Mo Taylor faces up exceptionally well. Cato, Collier, Langhi, ect. must have game experience @ developing some post up moves. It has been argued that doing this would interupt the progress of our backcourt. I believe that the backcourt is light years ahead of the frontcourt in terms of development. Does anyone really think this team will win a championship with the current weak frontcourt? I believe the backcourt should continue to be the focal point of the offense, but the frontcourt is lagging behind because of the near total lack of attention in the offense. The Rockets should take advantage of the few frontcourt advantages they have and develop more for the future.
I agree totally Wild Bill, but this appears to be a point that many posters on this board disagree on unfortunately. Eventually as we continue to be frustrated with the lack of a consistent offensive strategy or option, someone will realize that the post is a necessary evil to be successful in the long run. ------------------
I think we're a few posts away from unleashing the wrath of heypartner. ------------------ The Serious Police are watching. Follow the rules or be assimilated. Shandon is underrated.
