This Beats thing is phenomenal. Sold half a stake to HTC for $300 mil, bought it back at half that, and then flipped the whole thing to Apple? All for trendy headphones that teens eat up.

Not to mention Dre also bought Tom and Gisele's $50 mil mansion, it's been a few good weeks for him.

But I'm as dumbfounded as anyone why Apple is buying this. I have a hard time they could turn this Beats streaming into a Spotify rival.

Apple used to create marketing. They used to create innovation but now they are a phone maker that makes computers. I understand the acquisition and I'm sure the stockholders love it but the company just isn't apple anymore. No one is thinking different.
