hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha! for the love of god and all that is holy, never! he would tie-dye all the uniforms and take the team to phish shows.
Hooooooorible! Throw it down big fella! One game doesn't make you a player Shawn Bradley! Yao Ming knows more about anthing than anyone in the world! This is the battle for ultimate supremeness! After hearing Walton say things like this I would have a hard time trying not to laugh.
assistant coach at best and thats veeeeeery generous. as long as we get SOMEBODY with credability to help yao.
Anyone notice that Bill Walton says that line everytime someone dunks? I mean it was fun for the first 999 times. But to hear the exact same thing over 1000 times is just so boring!
If he becomes coach, there won't be anyone left on ESPN to defend Yao. Who's left? That guy, what's his name?, you know the guy that wasn't any good as a player but is quick to critisize - huh, huh - Shaq's wannabee towel boy - - - You can fill in the blank. We need Walton - our propaganda minister. Plus, Walton will only enourage Mo and Griffin. Under Walton, practice would probably take a 4:20 break - very disruptive.
maybe just an assistant coach. We need someone to say things in practice like: "Steve, that was the worst pass in the history of basketball."
tom tolbert. what a shmuck. the guy kisses shaqs ass so bad and continually berates yao. why??? the guy shouldnt be on tv as everything he says is trash. his commentary sucks
Hey, Bill, Eddie, and MoT could team up to show our big post man how to.............roll one and toke it dude! Inhale big man!
you know, there's a reason why walton defends yao more than anybody else at espn. he's actually married to an asian woman, who probably gave him some knowledge and made him a bit more aware of these types of prejudices and that's why he defended yao. "Gigantic Deadheads vs. Coble Eric Muller spots a blast at Coble in Bill Walton's column at ESPN.com. It turns out that Walton's wife is the child of internees. "(T)o hear that U.S. Representative from North Carolina, Howard Coble, feels that in World War II Japanese-Americans were interned for THEIR safety made me wonder how things have all gone so terribly wrong," writes the Dead-loving big man. "Lori's parents, both victims of that disgraceful, illegal and immoral action, don't really see it that way." " anybody else think that coble guy sounds like trent lott? guess that's why walton understood that shaq's comments weren't pc and everybody else thought it was a funny joke (cough cough tom tolbert).
I'll give Bill Walton credit for his political conscience but that doesn't mean I want him as coach of the Rockets. Heck I will take Hannah Storm as coach over Bill Walton. As for Tom Tolbert, didn't he play for the Rockets for awhile?
