Dwight had by far the best stats out of all of the Rockets... but, at the same time, missing important FT's that could have certified victories really shatter any good he did. I know that his FT issues are well documented, but in the clutch, when a win is in hand, you make the godamned FT'S!
i'm sorry but if dwight wants to win badly he'll make those costly free throws. more free throwing less dancing. everybody contributed to the wins and everybody had some part in the loss
That's the dumbest thing I keep hearing. Without Dwight we are not in position to win the games at all, we lose all of them by double digits and get swept in 4. How about someone else than him helps carry the team?
Didn't he shoot like 10% higher? Aside from game 1 i feel like he made a bunch of huge free throws. It seemed like every game he made some big free throws and had some big blocks in the closing minutes. I couldn't be more proud of him. If he plays anywhere near the level he played this series during the regular season next year, he's an MVP candidate. He showed why he's easily the best C in the game.
I shed quite a few tears for D12 and the rest of the Rockets. Despite many players lack of play throughout the series, we definitely had some up moments. I honestly will be sad and will have that conscious and subconscious heart ache everyday until the playoffs next year/until we finally reach the Finals again. I am praying that we can reach it next year. On a side note; many fans thought D12 wouldn't bring his all this year. He proved us all completely wrong in the playoffs. He proved that he is the best center in the game right now, and hopefully God willingly will be for the next countless years. I hope D12 with a good core, the Rockets can win at least 2 championships before 2018. God bless.
thanks. I did not use english as my first language. Anyway i wrote this thread because i really really feel sorry for DH especially when i saw how he looked after G6. i guess he must have not expected that his season will be ended in 0.9s... one year older, without champion.
Both for basketball and heart respect for basketball, he played well in the whole series heart respect, his attitude and the way he yearn for champion
Remember this? <iframe width="420" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/2XxT0zI2W7Y" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> This was really sad. I think I was more sad for this run then Tmac.
dude ofcourse that moment was devastating. they literally win it if they hold them for .9 secs. theyll get over it. its just a game.
