    Championship caliber roster, will be wasted.

    Wining a ton of games in the regular season means jack ish.

    I'll play.

    -Openness to change -- Rockets playbook this past year was entirely different than in McHale's first year here. Like, 90-95% different. Has changed parts of the Rockets D scheme when it was obvious change was needed, rather than being stubborn and sticking with what they were doing earlier in the year.

    -Openness to analytics, input from others -- see above + difference in shot-locations over the years

    -Generally pretty good with lineups -- will try out different lineups and for the most part has been good in identifying which lineups work and which don't. Not at all afraid to go small, which usually is a good thing, but also not against playing big when a match-up calls for it. No hockey-substitution silliness. Always gives rookies and newly signed/acquired guys a chance to show they belong.
