Don't wanna get into everything else you said, but any player who's in the NBA right now deserves a scholarship in college. Heck, 99% of college players don't even make it to the NBA and they get D-1 scholarships. And you're saying Lin, a guy who's a 13/4 on 45% shooting in the NBA didn't deserve a scholarship?

I know you don't like Lin partying with them and I don't either, but don't be ridiculous now

 

Well, I find it annoying. Same way I find it annoying that Harden was out at the hookah bar or whatever earlier this week. Mostly because I was EFFING DEPRESSED last night. Irritating to see the guys you root so hard for out smiling and having a great time while you wallow. Irrational, perhaps. Just being honest, tho.

Way, way too many stupid, emotional people commenting in this thread. What you expect them to do, have a street brawl with the opposing team? Stupid. These guys are friends off the court, there's no mystery or conspiracy here.

To add -- a good reminder that outside of the Kobes, the LeBrons, the MJs... most of these guys probably view this the same way a lot of us view our jobs. Go in, try to do a passable job, collect a check to do other ish you like to do in life. Only difference is the volume of people they have invested in their performance.

 

Someone had it right earlier. These guys play for themselves and their teammates and could care less about how Houston feels. They know its a business esp. a guy like Lin who was being used as a trading chip 4 months earlier.
