    I don't want to pile on Harden because, as a team leader, he should point out when guys are out of position, but it will be interesting to learn if he was relaying McHale's instructions or making a read and adjustment on his own.

    Anyway, what is done is done. Now is about what we hear about players' offseason workout schedules and their commitment to improving. Harden is 24 and is already this good. If he gets better....
