    James Harden-
Improve conditioning and get in NBA shape. It is inexcusable that he only plays on one end of the floor and still gets tired. He needs to be fit enough to hustle on both ends for 40 minutes.

    Jeremy Lin-
Learn how to play PG. In three games, you had possession with the lead and little time left. What did you do? One disastrous turnover and two botched fast breaks. He needs to watch tape of CP3 and Stockton to learn how to control an offense and not make idiotic decisions.

    Dwight Howard-
Whatever you did for these playoffs, keep doing it. Is he facetiming with Hakeem before every game or what? Doesn't matter, keep it up.

    Chandler Parsons-
    Don't switch on Lillard.

    T Jones-
Learn how to play some defense. You are an athletic 6'9" liability, dude.

    Patrick Beverley-
    Keep improving that 3pt shot.

    Omer Asik-
Nothing. This guy gets an A+.

    Troy Daniels-
Keep learning the intricacies of the NBA game, particularly on defense. Defriend Mo Williams from all social media.

    Garcia and Casspi-
    Sell your homes in Houston.

Any other glaring weaknesses our guys can improve on over the summer?

    Omer Asik-
Learn how to catch a basketball.
Learn how to finish around the basket.

Jeremy Lin- decision making. He can hit the midrange shot, should try it out sometimes rather than just dribble the air out of the ball

Harden- Remember to play defence like it's the playoffs

Howard- keep up the Ft shooting into next regular season, really stepped it up

    McHale- Get Smart.

Daniels- follow Harden's example on offense. For the love of god, don't follow him on defence. Take defence lessons from Battier now

Parsons- take defence lessons from Battier now

    Omer- Cheer up

Harden - Defense. Defense. Defense. A better leader/closer
Howard - no dumb fouls. Free Throws
Parsons - Defense. finishing better around the rim.
McHale - Defense. Hold players accountable
    Lin - Composure. Shooting. Handles
    Beverly - shooting
    Tjones - defense. rebounds
Asik - finish better around the rim.
    Dmo - get more fierce
    Daniels - more experience

As a team - better team defense, more ball movement, stay composed

Harden--get the guys together offsummer and learn a new playbook. It's not that hard. Just watch youtube videos showing various offenses.

Bev--stop being the wolverine. get rested when you get an injury. you became a liability in the playoffs because, admit it, you were hurting.

Parsons--take an honest look at your game. no more commercials, no more modelling. hit the gym. don't be too upset if we trade you.

TJones--learn to stomp on your opponents, esp. LMA. get stronger.

Dwight--keep practising your FTs (Game 1 still comes back to haunt us) and postmoves. run the pnr too

Lin--watch a lot of film of the great PGs. slow down.

    Troy--practise on your handles.

Asik--please be happy with the Rockets.

DMo--find a way to get on the court.

Good thing Parsons has a whole summer to not switch on Lillard.

Parsons needs a good dose of humility. Stop modeling and work on all the flaws in your game. Basketball isn't just about offense.

    Everything else I agree with.

Also stop giving bulletin board material quotes to the opposing team. Parsons by the way was NOT the best SF in the series.

All players- stopping joking and partying so much.

I almost think the organization should ban social media.

To my naked eye, I think we lost all but about 2 or 3 of each quarter's last two minutes. It wasn't just closing out games, it was closing out quarters, that was a huge struggle for us.

This was a sad sight to behold. The team just didn't execute well enough to build their leads. Poor free throw shooting, defensive lapses, hero ball (by all the ball handlers).... There was always something they would do that would just disrupt their own runs.

Rockets need a good perimeter defender that can hit open 3s. Perimeter defense is what killed the rockets this year. Corey brewer going off for 52 was an ovbious sign something needed to be fixed and lillards miracle shot put the nail in the coffin.

What the team needs to do:

Keep Dwight at Center, keep James Harden at SG.

Keep backups like Asik and Daniels.

    Everyone else can go. What we need;

    3 & D swingmen
    3 & D PGs
    Reliable 3rd option
4th option(We can keep Chandler, but I think he needs to go).

Can we send all our guys to big man camp?

No one can post up except Howard who has been training with Hakeem.
