The guy that was throwing the ball in for Portland is out the play simply because there was .9 second left and there is not enough time to throw the ball in and get the ball right back to that guy. So essentially you should have had 5 rockets guarding 4 Trailblazers. Lillard getting a 3 pointer in that situation is simply unacceptable and heads should roll.

    T. Jones was helping to cheer on his hometown Portland by jumping up and down, essentially defending no one. "Yeah, you can do it, beat the sorry ass Rockets."

You mean it was 4 on 4 cuz we all know Harden doesn't play D.

I know Harden bashing has become all the rage lately, but he wasn't the one caught flat footed as Lillard sprinted to the ball...

That's true, but if you watch the replay you can see that a high-IQ player in Harden's position would have come out on Lillard, even if he didn't realize that parsons/bev ****ed up. There's less than a second left, you defend the guy who the ball is thrown to and don't worry about anyone else; Harden just stands there.

Crazy thing is that no one yelled at Jones from the bench to defend the 3-pt line and at least get up in the inbounder's face. Waste of a defender.
