    DEFINITELY!

Bad offense and bad defense throughout the season, and especially in these playoffs

We lost this series in Games 1 and 2 where we saw no offensive or defensive adjustments at all

Completely agree. How the hell do you go down 0-2 when you have home court. That's what killed us because since losing those first two games, the Rockets outplayed the Blazers for the rest of the series. Just a little to late.

I think McHale did a lot of good and without his development of his players (terrance Jones, and Chandler Parsons) the rockets wouldn't be where they were but if he could run a play the rockets would of won.

McHale did do a lot of good and I don't think it's his fault. The demands on player development was too consuming and didn't have the time to develop his own coaching. He wasn't given a balanced roster.

^^^ I would respect him if he did so. Would be the best play he's drawn all year.

If as Lillard says on that last play, the HOU players were still discussing whether to switch or not, then that means McHale has lost his players' trust.

He told them not to switch. Players wanted to do otherwise.

Elie and Dream had to pump up the players' morale before Game 5.

The writing is on the wall ... should have happened sooner, Daryl

Apparently McHale does not demand much, just that his players "play hard" and "give effort"..

I just feel like if we got some of the calls, we win this series and McHale wouldn't get so much blame.

I understand there are better coaches out there. McHale is average at best, and has no business coaching a team that wants to contend. But it takes a good coach like JVG, Popps, Carlisle, etc. to really make the difference. I just feel like none of them are available.

    I hope Morey discovers one.

This could easily mean both McHale and me. I assume you do mean both, as well as the 89 others who voted "No." ;)

The only opinion that will matter is Mr. Alexander's. Hm-m-m? I just checked the Chronicle for articles before posting and see that as of 4:11p.m. today, McHale has received the support of Mr. Alexander. So, I guess he's in the "moron club," now, too.

As long as we are offering suggestions, I would suggest that you not make the outcome of a professional sports contest such a serious event in your life.

Well, clearly Les and Morey don't take their jobs seriously... And sports are but an athletic extension of real life human endurance and perseverance through adversity, and the human will and spirit to overcome all obstacles to achieve success...

That's why we have sports... that's why we find them so entertaining... that's why people invest emotion into it... That's why we have hall of fames... that's why we celebrate the teams and the individuals who achieve greatness...

Here we have a man in charge of this team that values intellectual hubris over winning...

I, along with the is now the majority but then was but a few of us, know this team isn't going anywhere staying pat with our current coaching staff, and rolling the dice on Carmelo Anthony or some greater talent to come here and mask those deficiencies...

The few of us then, saw this would end in failure in the playoffs... And it would've been a 4-0 sweep if not for Troy Daniels, and outside intervention by Elie and Olajuwon plus Dwight (with Lin) filling in for our mentally absent head coach...

Think about that... before you decide which side is the wiser side...
