LOL at people who were justifying putting Parson on PGs during regular season. It was a strategy that has not worked or but let's do it in the last possession of an elimination game with the team up 2. SMH

 

The bottom line of this series is just that the Aldridge-Lillard combo was better than the Howard-Harden combo.

I have never seen espn so happy before.

 

dwight had some chances to make free throws at the end but couldn't be the hero.

i just wanted one more chance for the Rockets to prove themselves, but Portland clearly showed their stars were ready to advance to the next round.

 

It's called defense, Chandler. Try playing it next season and things may make more sense.

 

I am talking about this series which is all that matters at this point.

What Harden did in the post-season with OKC does not have anything to do with Harden playing for Houston. The fact that you have to point out to performance from two years ago in the playoffs says it all about how he has performed here in Houston come playoff time.

 

Said it months ago. We are weakest where they are strongest. The only clear advantage we have is dwight over lopez. The refs let lopez play hockey out there.

 

Yea...I forgot all about Stockton hitting a buzzer beater with just over a second left to win in 1997 until they just showed it on ESPN. What can I say...I'm forgetful when it comes to games like that? lol

They did the same thing against Golden State this year and Curry ran past Parsons and made the shot.

 

Pointless time to ask this question I guess, but anyone wish Harden had stayed aggressive in the 4th? I thought he deferred to Lin a few too many times

 

Lillard just said that Parsons/Bev/Harden were still talking about switching while the ball was being inbounded... lol... that's gotta be on the coach.

 

One thing I'm wondering about...would it have been better to not have a player up there guarding the inbound pass on the last play? It puts another defender guarding around the 3 point line. But, what good is it having your back to the play like that? You almost never affect the inbound play standing there with your arms up.

 

Whatever you want to believe, I don't really care. I believe in him so meh.

Harden can perform in the playoffs. He's 24, he'll get it. That's my only point. He's going to go through his growing pains like every player.

Harden wasn't the reason we lost this series. LMA turning into Michael Jordan was/is the biggest reason we lost the series.

Mchale taking TWO games to adjust to that is what lost this series. Even with Harden playing horrible they were a bounce from winning this series.

 

You guys are really overblowing the comment by Parsons
