No. Mchale should have told him to switch. Clearly we weren't doing that.

Who was guarding the inbounder? Daniels?

We also had a foul to give in that situation. Lillard never should've been able to get off that shot off.

It´s just incredible how Jones looks lost, he is defending an inside lob? He isn't even in front of Batum.

What a heartbreaking way to end it.

Not an easy thing to do as it would've been a shooting foul if someone shot the ball immediately.

Anyway, it's a mistake by players and coaches.

OMG....i know why he's open. It's fcking Harden's fault...look at this screen. He wasn't even aware Lilliard is open...he's so pathetic. I was looking at the TV and see Lilliard running and Harden is not even paying attention. Fcking r****d. Harden's helping defense or lack of it is the reason we lost. Never mind about Chandler.

    1. should never guard the inbounder, no reason with .9
    2. switch everything
    3. use 5th guy to track the ball
    4. who the hell didn't know that was the play they were going to run???

Why is Jones trying to bother the inbound guy?? I mean with .9 sec left...who care about the dude that inbound because if he do receive the ball back, time would have run out. So as a coach, why not use him as an extra man to guard....OMG, this coach is pathetic.

Parsons told Beverly to switch a second before the ball inbounded. This is on Parsons. He said switch and got screened off his man. He has been doing it all series and getting burned all series. Its just usually Matthews or Batum.

McHale seems to think Chandler is an elite defender. He's tall but not fast enough. Big mistake.

The decision to guard the inbounder was a big mistake, he could have stepped off and helped on cutting off the passing lane instead once he saw how they were set-up.

Why even have Harden on the court on this play? He is by far our worst defender....i've never understood why they don't substitute him on plays like this.

Yup, Jones can easily see where the ball is coming in bounds if he is facing the play. All he had to do was step over.

There would be no second pass. There would be no pump fake. There would be a catch and shoot. That's all they could do. So why not double Lillard right off that screen. Take two steps back and one step over and that pass isn't there.

Don't know why Parsons would go over the screen. Just switch everything and spread out across the 3-point line so at least somebody could get a hand in his face. Can't foul too risky but can't let Lillard get the ball - make someone else beat us.
