There arent enough drugs in houston to ease this pain

 

Is there anyone in the building who doesn't think that Lillard wasn't going to get the last shot? So why was he so damn wide open? There is less than a second left. It's a catch and shoot situation. So why wasn't the emphasis on making Lillard work to get the ball? What good is Mchale when he has no offensive philosophy and has no defensive rotation? JVG was known for his tough defense; Adelman his offensive acumen. What is Mchale good for? i can put up with ****ty defense 99% of the game, but this one last second of the game you can't defend? come on......i hope he's done. we have the talent, now let's get a real coach.

 

I was too, until Lin had that amazing game and all of a sudden the entire offense was so much more balanced. Each of our players had touches and the scoring was even. I thought we finally turned a corner and would start playing as a team again.

Then this...

 

Well. At least it wasn't in over time.

Time to sleep....

 

Now I don't have an excuse to put off the CPA exam.

 

Leads most of the time in the game, lost at the last second, all efforts are wasted. Couldn't this sum up the entire series??

5 stars on jones defense. LMFAO he didn't try to put pressure on batum. WTF was that

 

well guys, this loss sucks indeed but if we are being honest with ourselves we have to admit they really didn't have a shot at a championship. not this year. too many defensive lapses and questionable coaching decisions. we can armchair quarterback this series forever but yeah. i can't wait till next year.

 

Why is my heart aching so much? The whole season just gone in 0.9secs :-( life is not fair.

 

The last defensive effort is so bad... Indicative of the whole season.

 

The bright side to losing on that shot is that Parsons now cannot possibly feign outrage when the Rockets pick up that 4th year and don't allow him to become a restricted free agent and that McHale will be sent packing.

 

DH took all the offensive possessions in the 4th qtr. Can blame others for not scoring. That foul on Asik was a flop.

 

Ah, those last 2 free throws Dwight missed now haunted us.

 

I am nearly blind with rage.

MdFool takes out Lillard's best defender (Lin) for the last play of the game, so who kills us? Lillard.

If McHale isn't fired, there is no justice in the world.

 

That really F'd up my weekend.

 

Call me an idiot but this doesn't feel real. This wasn't supposed to happen. I keep getting "They'll do better next year" And "You win some, you lose some" I really just don't want to hear any of that. Calling in to work and taking the day to soak this in... Damn..
