GREAT GAME BY LIN Definitely made the difference tonight. If he plays like this game 6, we might turn this thing around before you know it
I believe in Lin. I even watched that crappy documentary. He balled hard tonight. Might have been the MVP (will have to reassess when I'm sober). Love it. Love the Rockets. We gon' win it all.
Lin reminds me of a nervous high school player. Can be dangerous when he gets hot and gets into the rhythm of a game, but when he comes in cold off the bench and gets nervous it can be a cringe to watch.
He's a bench player. He'll help win a game once in awhile and sometimes he'll lose a game. And most of the time he's irrelevant. Just like almost all the other 300 bench warmers in the league.
My question why does it takes adversary for him to play well. Why can't he play like this all the time?? He should play angry like this because he need to realize he haven't prove anything consistently. If it only takes adversary for him to play well, then there is a problem.
Even I didn't think Lin would be the one to show up over Harden this series... and I've been questioning Harden's play a lot.... but, here we have it...
Gotta hand it to him for his game tonight. Definitely his best playoff performance. He has not had a very good series but not as bad as it seems from the timely mistakes. I'll be the first to join Linfandom if he can show up for the rest of the playoffs.
This is what I've been saying guys. Give the PG the ball, Lin is the PG give him the ball. **** everyone else, this is Lin's team. Just kidding. Harden can score off the ball. His efficiency is off the charts when he plays off the ball, just like when he did mostly on Thunder team. He needs to understand this. Dominating the ball does NOT = being a franchise superstar. Knowing what the team needs and delivers is being one. Rockets could have had Linsanity for the whole year, but Harden chose to dominate the ball and everyone rode his jock until playoffs exposed him that he couldn't operate alone. If team "dumps" him in summer, Linsanity will average 20ppg and 8apg (as long as he's given complete trust to run a team, makes 90% of ball decision making when on floor, plays at least 32mpg).
No way we win this game without the efforts of Howard and the so called "worst Rocket ever." How sweet it is I don't have to deal with the whining of these annoying, overreacting Lin haters tonight.
