I have never seen ANYONE pull off a Blanka jump kick. ... Therefore, there is only 1 explanation. Blanka had a love child with Chun Li.
When I was in elementary school a kid pushed me down when I was running for some reason and he ran off. I then spotted him over by a small white fence and sprinted right at him and did a flying Liu Kang kick and he fell into and broke the fence. I don't know why I decided a flying Liu Kang kick was the proper course of action. But that's what I did.
