Our best defender and #2 scoring option getting a phantom tech foul so early in the game. How many points is that worth when it is holding Dwight back for most of the game?

    FYI.

Its widely known Dwight is one of the most despised players by the Refs since his Orlando does. They're sick of his constant *itching though I think he's calmed down a lot.

Thing is Durant and Westbrook *itch the most but Refs still like them. I see Harden getting on the Refs nerves since leaving OKC. Problem is Harden needs the calls - its part of his special skill set (drawing fouls). Without this, Harden is not so special anymore.

If you think Refs are impartial then GTFO! I would put Pop and SAS as the best in playing the Refs and Milk Hair and Houston at the other end of the spectrum as the worst.

@Jonathan_Feigen: NBA told Rockets Howard's Game 4 technical for being near Freeland was rescinded, per source. Second correction involving Howard in series.

Game 1: Two free throws to Portland instead of Houston via wrong call on Howard.

Game 4: Tech foul gives Portland the 1 extra point that allows them, in the end to tie game.

Thanks NBA...where moral victories are always better than the real thing.

So you're telling me we should quite possibly have a 3-1 series lead? Thanks NBA!

    Oh wow!

When I first watched it, he doesn't blow the tech until after Howard throws the ball, which is why I assumed that was the call. It would have been more understandable than the phantom elbow... (would have also been a dreadful call).
