There's this cute intern I've been eyeing lately. Tomorrow I shall take off my shirt and show her my muscles.

I'm worthless because I disagree with you? Many of the most valuable life experiences I've had were the result of disagreements I had with another person. I'm sorry you've not found our discussion worthwhile.

Yeah, the black socks thing Aldridge organized made some sense but this doesn't. The Heat owner hasn't done anything wrong.

Simple solution is not to say racist things on the phone if you don't believe them.

And this has nothing to do with government - this is about privately owned business and the court of public opinion. How the information got out is irrelevant.

Their display isn't about Heat ownership so much as it's their way of showing support for their colleagues. Sterling's comments are a black eye for the entire league, not just the Clippers organization.

They did that in honor of the Clipps players silent protest and also wore the black socks as well as the Bobcats as you can see right now.

Mickey Arison has been one of the more outspoken of the owners about this.

Thing about a bad apple is that it spoils the whole bunch. Its going to take collective efforts to get this guy out because I think this is really the motor behind the whole "outrage" thing if you will

Everyone knows its been an issue and its not going to change and something needs to be done

I've wondered the same thing, as this isn't an isolated incident. That Sterling has been allowed to remain an owner despite prior allegations of misconduct--substantiated or otherwise--is partly because his peers looked the other way rather than take the fight to him as they should have. Without sounding like a conspiracy theorist, part of me wonders if there's more information pertaining to this situation that we've not yet been aware of.

This whole story is bizarre. From the way she talks, she's provoking him to try and say something negative. Perhaps Sterling p/o the wrong people and now they're trying to take him down.

He didn't make it. It was between him and the GF. From the tape, you could tell that. Very very disturbing indeed. But on the other end, that's his one personal fart, which has to be put in proportion.

The conversation was between Sterling and his girlfriend, but he made comments during the course of that discussion that are now public knowledge because they were recorded and subsequently released.

No, it's not. Sterling has been accused of misconduct before and has also been the target of multiple civil suits alleging that he made insensitive remarks about minorities. His conversation with his girlfriend wasn't the first time he's been involved in a situation like this.
