Shocking Rockets Stats Explain Why We Lose

    I counted, McHale runs 4 plays in his offense

    1) Harden at the top of key ISO
    2) Howard at elbow ISO
    McHale did figure out 1) and 2) can be run at the same time, just have the guard randomly pick one
    3) Harden and Howard PnR
    4) Scramble if 1)-3) not available or the defense is not set.

    I think coach directed him to give the ball to Harden. It is the game plan at crunch time.

    It is true, in this series Portland looks like the more cohesive "team." Supposedly they played "horrid" defense. Their defense has been exceptional. They were the ones with no bench; their bench has looked pretty good to me.

    Lin can't run the offense. I took him the whole shot clock to get the ball to harden and eventually turned it over. Beverley was a huge liability on offense as well. he couldn't hit one single 3 and his defense didn't make up for it. The rockets desperately need for one of these two to grow in the coming years or they need to look for a new one
