Louis Truscott, a 6-foot-6 220-pound forward out of the University of Houston , recently worked out for the Houston Rockets. The Rockets should sign him as a undrafted free agent because he will not be drafted. He small for his postion, but he works hard on both ends of the court. He is a BEAST on the glass. He really is just like Malik Rose. They are both do the dirty work. The Rockets need someone like that.

Sure, pay him chump change and let him challenge for a spot on the team in Training Camp. I don't see a problem with it. I seen him play a couple times, and all I know is if you need a rebound, put Truscott in there and he'll get it. Of course, he has no O and his D sucks, but why not give the hometown boy a chance?

Is he a senior? Just wondering.

    Louis Truscott is a monster.

I saw him play every game this year (i'm in the band) and that guy really IS a lot like the Malik Rose dirty work hustle kind of guys.

I played against him once at the UH rec center, I never got to guard him, except for the time when he dunked on me on a fast break.. :D

I'd like to see him sign on with the Rockets and play some garbage time or something, I think he could really develop into a solid backup 6th man type of guy.

Believe it or not but Rose was a serious offensive force in college. I saw him play a couple of times. His Drexel Dragons duked it out with my Boston U Terreriers for the NCAA tourney bid year after year.

If you can't score in the NCAA, there's no chance in hell you can score in the pros.
