I hope McHale will bench Lin for Daniels - then we'll see what this team can really do.

I hope McFail gets fired if we lose this series. He should called timeout on the Lin play.

Sorry. Not happening. Yes, these are close losses that could've gone either way. But the Rockets have lost 3 of 4 by making the same mistakes over and over again. Harden going ISO instead of moving the ball around. Dwight never looking to kick it out to an open shooter. Parsons having 2 great first halves in Games 1 and 4 and doing almost nothing the rest of the series. Bev's outside shot eluding him except for Game 3(not coincidentally the one game they've won). Lin making horrible plays in 3 straight games, the first of which cost them a shot at OT in Game 2, the second of which led to OT in Game 3 and nearly cost them a win, and the third tonight which led to OT and did end up costing them Game 4.

And that's to say nothing of the pathetic defensive effort through 4 games. With all of that, does anyone seriously believe this team will suddenly learn how to play basketball and win 3 in a row against Portland?

Sadly we'vr been up about 8 times by 10+ and yet lost 3 of 4. The Blazers largest lead has been 8 10 one time in game 2. They have never had a double digit lead any other game the entire series, that is pretty ****ing sad that we have had multiple leads of double digits in ALL games and yet cannot figure out a way to bury them. Tonight we had the best chance we have had all series to be up as many as 17 and yet we turned the ball over 3 x during that stretch twice on 3 on 2 and 2 on 1 transitions breaks... Just inexcusable.

I give the Blazers credit for being a good to solid team, but they are not the better team w/o the Rox playing stupid, low IQ, sloppy play on boths sides of the ball. Oh and the Refs giving them every opportunity at crucial points on crucial no calls or calls against the Rox.

The one thing I have always loved Houstonians is our resilience. We get knocked down year after year, but we never give up. This series isn't over until the final horn sounds with us behind.

    That's not going to happen.

i'd say bench lin and give like DMo, Daniels, Canaan more chances to shine. Lin has done enough for Rockets this season. He needs to rest and cheer from bench. I like Lin, but those late game close playoff games are very costly.
