    Hi, this is HtownRocks3... I just flew into Houston today and my girlfriend and our good friend, Jeremy, were excited to tell me that Carrol Dawson was there and they talked to him. CD said that he hasn't had any sleep in the last 2 days because he has spent it talking with Larry Brown!!!!!

    The sports reporter for the Fox news channel was there interviewing him. Be looking for some inside scoop tonight on Fox news.

    i hope your friends aren't playing a cruel joke on you. i hope this is true. i'm so excited about the prospect of Brown as our head coach.....

    i'd also love to see somebody like mario elie, avery johnson or even kenny smith hired on as an assistant coach to be groomed for when he Brown retires.

    Give the guy a break. He gave us more information that we already knew. All we knew is that the Rocks had dinner with Larry Brown. Not talk to him for two days. The rocks talk to JVG and MD all in one day and take two days to speak to Brown.

    The assistant coach jobs should actually be very appealing. Brown is 62 and he's going to retire in a few years. So one of the assistant coaches will have a pretty good chance to take over the head coaching job when Yao and Francis reach their prime.

    maybe CD is going to a psychic to tell him which path will lead to the championship

    we should train someone to become a rockets spy. embed them deep within the organization to get the real gossip.

    If this is accurate info which I'm not challenging at all this is significant. To think Larry Brown would be interested in talking about the position for the last two days is very intrigueing. Some articles that have come out recently have went as far as to place Houston at the end of Brown's list. Thanks again HtownRocks3.

    On a side note...we overheard the fox news reporter ask before the taping began if he's been talking to Don Nelson at all. CD said well of course not, he's still under contract with Dallas and we could be fined for that.

    CD also mentioned to us he thinks that the team has alot of talent , if our guys would just "get with the program" and within a couple of years we'll be a team to be reckoned with, or something to that effect.

    Anyways, stuff that's pretty obvious already, just trying to fill everyone in as much as possible!

    Oh, and he loves Rockets fans! ;)

    Very nice, classy guy.
