Apparently he is Jonathen Johnson and lets hope he has a better look than the deer in headlights look he has on his profile via ESPN. God the 'Stros need some pitching help.

[IMG] He looks like he's trying to squeeze one out:confused:

Cromer is an IF that the Astros signed la couple of seasons ago. He has spent most of his time at AAA but has played in the Majors before with Stl. LA and Hou. He has a career .225 avg in 552 AB wit 12 Hr and 47 RBI. H eis probably going to be used as a utility player because he has logged time at 6 different positions.

    On Johnson:

He ha sbeen in the majors with Texas and San Diego.

More amazing than Tripp's trip to the bigs is the 'stros trip near the Central lead. First, the manager is questionable, at best. This team's starting pitching is so very bad Linebrink is missed. Bags has slumped for 2-3 weeks, Berkman most of the year. Bigg is through as an above average MLB player. Ausmus can't hit as well as Lugo (sorry, bad me). Yet, they are winning enough to be in view of the lead. What, Lidge-to-Dotel-to-Wags = pennant contender?
