This chick seems sketch. Definitely need due process and to get all the facts on the table. If she doctored the audio and the guy didn't really say that, then that would change things...

Exactly. Wife was doing a legal clawback of monies that the husband implicitly had given for sex. Donald is going very senile in the management of his women, somehow was not on top of the situation and let the wife and girlfriend get mixed up. I don't understand why the girl simply didn't tell Donald to stop the legal action. As he is obviously in overall charge, and can overrule his wife at any time.

This guy is a complete racist and its not a new piece of information. Maybe it is to you, but im sorry to tell you the man has a lengthy history.

Whom he chooses to associate with should tell you all you need to know. She's not the first and certainly won't be the last, and as far as that pic goes, she told him herself she'd be doing something before she did it... that's between them, I dont care about that, but he is in no way a victim

 

I'm just curious -- what are the other examples of his racism? I read some suit that Elgin Baylor filed against him but the jury sided with Sterling. Then something about him allegedly not wanting to rent to non-Koreans in K-town in LA. Is there something else?

 

That's not the point and you are trying to dance around it. The issue is whether someone who has a reputation of being a racist (I think there is enough evidence if you look at his business dealing with minorities) should be allowed to own a NBA franchise?

You make it sound as if this would only be a major problem if Sterling's utterances were made in a public forum as opposed to a private one. For a public figure like him, it makes no difference. The only importance is the existence of this tape and it has been heard by millions of people by now. Look at how it has affected Sterling's own team. They are bothered by it and so should you.

surprised the Clipper players are only now making a deal of this since it's gone more public. They likely knew who they were dealing with before this audio leaked.

 

He doesnt run basketball operations and while everyone knew he was racist, to come out speaking against Magic, and saying you dont want minorities at your games and even worse from the other tape that came out, he just set things up for whats happening now.

I do think that David Stern completely blind eyed this guy his entire tenure, especially with him taking chicks in the lockerrom with the players during showers " looking at their beautiful black bodies"
