Barium has owned Parsons ever since his "I'm the best SF in this series" statement. Chandler better step up his game.

 

Just want to set the record straight here...there are 50 seconds left and 18 on the shot clock when Lin takes it in.....he pulls it out and makes Portland foul ...even if it's Dwight...1 of 2 even makes it a 2 possession game. Unless there is another invisible foul called for a 4 pointer, I like our chances.

 

The irony of "the play" is the Rockets started with a Howard/Harden pick and roll that we all wanted but it nearly ended in a turnover. Thankfully, it ended with a Daniels three

Does anyone else notice the Wesley Mathews and every other blazers put their hands to the head every time they commit a foul like they could not believe a foul was called on them?

no. The best thing to do is try to extend the lead. Teams that play to protect a lead usually lose it. It was a high percentage shot which unfortunately rolled off the rim.

 

Very good point. I bet he kept thinking, "will I score over 40 pts again?" No, you didn't. 23pts. . lol.

 

So you are saying Lin is not as good as Harden...which I think most people agree so I would use superstar standard to evaluate his performance. As a bench player/4th option, he did a nice job and fought hard.

Lin shooting 75% in OT's so far this postseason - also grabbing rebounds in OT and getting some assists. He has had one TO in both OT's - neither resulted in Points on the other end. Dude is not afraid of the big moments, even after making mistakes. Balls as big as your head.

 

Must win game for us and a miraculous series of events lead to that last shot by Daniels. Wow.

I am still very worried about our defense, Portland seems to score so easily, if we have any hope of winning this series we have to step it up defensively.

 

They have really transformed into a team who thinks they're entitled to everything from the officials.

They flop on our picks. Then have the audacity to cry bloody murder when their picks take out one of our players.

There should have been more then a few technical fouls handed to them this game. Amazed there's zero.

But really when you look at the touch foul LaMarcus gets... And the banging Dwight receives with no call - you can understand their exasperation at being called for fouls.

 

Please enough of these close games. My heart just can't take it anymore.

It is very possible. But the statistics says, you can rarely win the series after 0-2 (even you get to 2-2). But by watching Rockets we all know nothing is predictable

 

Still can't believe this went in:

 

From the replay, when Jeremy drove the lane, it was all packed up inside cause the defence was all sucked in. Even if he saw Dwight underneath the basket, his pass would have resulted in 2 free throws for Howard, which may have put us in a 50/50 situation where we probably couldn't get the lead.

I'm also glad Lin passed it out to the wide open Daniels for the game winning 3.
