If you feel like you need hope; Imagine if we can keep ourselves around .500 for the next month, take a look at the schedule in Febuary; 2/01: LAC 7:30 2/03: @ SAS 7:30 2/05: NY 7:30 2/07: @ PHI 6:00 2/08: @ DET 6:30 2/13: WAS 7:30 2/16: @ ORL 6:30 2/17: CLE 7:30 2/20: BOS 7:30 2/21: @ MIN 7:00 2/23: ORL 7:30 2/26: POR 7:30 2/28: @ CHI 7:30 3/01: @ MIL 7:00 3/03: @ DAL 7:00 3/07: @ ATL 6:30 3/08: LAC 7:30 3/10: GS 3 Tough games against the Spurs, Minnesota and Portland and the rest against Eastern conference teams (+GS and the Clippers) Personally I see no reason why we can't go at least 13-5 over this 18 games stretch, that would leave us 8 games over .500 with 19 games left in the season. 35-28 or 36-27 with 19 to play and a schedule that's neither good nor bad - hey from there I'm sure we'll all be smelling playoffs. All of a sudden the fact that we're already over .500 (having lost 3 close, winnable games) doesn't look so bad to me!! ------------------
Chalking up the Warriors as an easy win, eh? By March, we may not have anyone left to suit up except Chris Porter, Bill Curley, a couple of ball boys, and a Warrior Girl, but we'll still battle you down to the wire! ------------------
Tommorow Im going to the game and I expect a complete and thorough ass whoopin of the Warriors ------------------
See you there T.P.L. ------------------ President of the Steve Francis, Jamal Crawford,Larry Hughes, and Charles Woodson fan club.
Suddenly I feel positive after reading that post. If the Rockets can stay 3-5 games above .500 for January, February and March could lead to the playoffs. ------------------ "Rarely is the question asked: Is our children learning how to put food on their family while being put to death."
Thats really good news for us. We will probably be around 500 by february, and if we continue to improve with the addition of cato and the recuperation of mobley and franchise, we might even be close to 60%!!! ------------------
