I was looking through my attic, and ran across some of my old memorabilia. I have old comics, baseball cards, etc that are worth some money, but my most prized piece of memorabilia would be my GNR autographed t-shirt. I got all 5 original members (unless you count Tracii Guns) to sign a t-shirt that I bought at the Rosemont Horizon that night. I was wondering, what piece of memorabilia do you value the most?
I am a huge Dan Marino fan and have decorated my basement with memorabilla throughout his career. My favorite piece is an authentic helmet and shirt I had him sign at a show in Miami. I had my picture taken with him as he signed both articles and had the picture blown up and sits between both cases.
I have a few... 3) Steve Francis rookie card (not signed).. 2) 311 Ticket stub signed by all of them. 1) Signed/numbered lithograph of Phish's last show in 2000 before they took a hiatus. I just got this baby archivally framed. I purchased it at the show for $35 and paid $160 for the framing job. I think currently on EBAY, the same poster is selling for around $600.00. One collection I treasure is my concert ticket freezer ziplock. I probably have at least 500 ticket stubs in there...
A baseball I caught at a Astros vs. Pittsburgh game that I caught in the Dome. My first (probably last) hole in 1 golfball (Titleist) Rockets Champion 'Back to Back' T-Shirt Sports Illustrated Magazine with Hakeem on the cover for their first championship
hmmm... all of my comics are worthless. i was a big fan of valiant comics, but they aren't even listed in the price guides anymore... solar man of the atom, xo manowar, magnus robot fighter, harbinger, etc. soooooo, my most prized piece of memorabilia would have to be my 1953 bob feller baseball card. kind of dog eared, but still cool.
I have a bunch of autographed baseball stuff (Mantle, Ryan, Mays, Banks, etc) and some pretty valuable cards but I have to say that Monetary wise - Ted Williams autographed AL baseball. Memory wise - A hat autographed by all the greats of NHRA drag racing (Don Garlets, Don Prudhomme, John Force, Connie Kalitta, Warren Johnson, Kenny Bernstein, the Pedregon boys and many more) - got them myself.

Does it have to be sports related? I have a piece of the Berlin Wall; sister brought it back from Germany. Also have some rocks from Mt Everest; my uncle climbed up to base camp.
I have a Steve Francis autographed basketball w/ a pictureof him signing it. But my most valuable piece is a Kobe Bryant autographed NBA basketball, he signed it right after announcing his decision to jump to the NBA, he signed it "Kobe Bryant 8" now he signs his autographs "Kobe 8".
My most prized piece of memorabilia used to be a signed Akeem Olajuwon U of H red rubber basketball. He signed this during his UofH days... it was a little red ball and it was signed with a ball point, about 5 years ago I retrieved it from my Mom's house... the ink had faded into a blob and nothing was discernable on it!! LOL so that used to be most prized piece of memorabilia now i would have to say that it's my autographed Cat, Steve and Dream photos and my signed Dan Langhi rookie card!! I also have a way cool Soundgarden poster signed by all 4 band members.

I have an autographed basketball, signed by Akeem Olajuwon in 1987. I also have a B&W photo taken of MJ during his rookie year and it is autographed. I will sell both to someone for fair market value.
This would have been but I didn't get in on it in time. I am currently on a list in case someone cancels. As it stands now, it would have to be a Johnny Bench foulball caught by my Dad in the purple seats behind home plate while I was out getting nachos(doh) at the dome back in the late 70s or early 80s when he was still playing. In case you don't know who he is, he was one of if not the premier catcher in baseball at the time. I didn't get it signed but my brother forged his autograph basically ruining the ball. After that, I just used it for catch and stuff...lol. That's pretty sad...I don't have anything that was autographed or anything. I guess I could pay money and get something(see above) but it's just not the same as having it signed in person. I've had opportunities but I don't really care. My mom got Jacques Cousteau's autograph at a restaraunt in Seabrook. I thought that was cool. Next time I have an autograph opportunity, though, here is my line: "How would you like to be my first and only autograph signer! Plus, I really enjoy your work and all. Your the best. " . Oh, I also found a quartz arrowhead in South Carolina about 22 years ago. It was in perfect condition and the coolest arrowhead I had ever seen. Still got it around somewhere. I found on my Grandma's rocky driveway. I thought it was cool...indian memorabilia! Another cool story...my uncle(who has since passed) found a Civil War rifle in mint condition in a tree which had been split down the middle by lightning. He was climbing this tree as a kid in South Carolina and reached his hand into this crack which split the tree and pulled out this rifle. I saw it and it was in perfect condition. I was always fascinated about where and how he happened to find it. Surf
